Flexible lifting gate
The flexible lifting gate produced by bast is the ultra-size gate developed by bast upon its years’ experience in design and installation. As an advanced product in China, the product has the multilayer wind resistance structure, elevation-type lifting column, lifting driving system, guidance sealing system and electrically controlled system, featuring in small land area (without needing gate chamber and ground rack), novel structure, good resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation etc. The gate is widely used in the airplane shed, shipyard, large-size sandblasting, painting and maintenance workshop, and separation area of large-size exhibition hall.
Specification of single door: 6~60m high, 8~140m wide. The door of this type has strong wind resistance and lift only upwards and vertically. The door does not need the opening space at both sides, and will pile up over the door opening; therefore it does not need higher space. The door’s sealing and heat insulation performance is very good, and can work at the ambient temperature of -30~70℃. Alternatively, the infrared ray and other thermal insulation and flame retarding material can be added according to the special requirements.
